How to Order and Pay
All requests for our services are unique. You may be at the beginning stages of your quest to learn about your ancestors and are looking, for example, to trace your paternal or maternal line as far back as possible; you may already have done some research and require help in tracing an individual and his or her family in a specific location; you may require us to compile a book of your family history spanning a few or several generations or as far back as we are able to go.
You may want us to include personal photographs and documents in your book or website, as well as birth, marriage and death certificates that we obtain on your behalf. In order to provide you with a realistic quotation, it is essential that you send us clear information on your requirements.
On providing us with information about your requirements, we will carry out an initial check to ensure that you project will be worth pursuing. Your quotation will be based on our findings and will include details of what we will expect to achieve as well as generations we will expect to cover.
On acceptance of your quotation, please email your order together with details of preferred method of payment and a contact telephone number to:-

Confirmation of your order will normally be sent to you within 48 hours, together with payment instructions.
Payment Methods
Research Services
A deposit of the minimum fee of £45 is required. Payable in advance following acceptance of our quotation with balance on completion of the research. Where on-going, long-term research is required, it may be possible to spread the cost on a monthly fee basis. Please enquire for details. All fees payable by cheque (UK sterling), bank-bank transfer, credit card via PayPal. Cheques should be made payable to:- ‘Lifestyle Consultancy Services’.
Family History Books and Websites
A 50% deposit will be required following acceptance of our quotation with balance payable on completion. Payable by cheque (UK sterling), bank-bank transfer, credit card via PayPal. Cheques should be made payable to:- ‘Lifestyle Consultancy Services’.
Payment for tuition
One-to-one or paired tuition. Payable at location at end of session.
